Describe your career at Injury Treatment:

Am currently an Account Manager where I maintain/establish customer relationships by ensuring a high level of customer service and communication is applied at all times and to generate business for the company by doing so.

Describe the type of work you do and what your average day entails:

  • Review of cases and relaying of feedback and information via Claims Summaries to clients
  • Regular liaison with consultants
  • Providing customer related feedback to consultants to ensure their expectations are exceeded
  • Providing different workshops/presentations to staff members (Ie legislation modules, complex claims workshops, lunch and learns etc
  • Facilitation of and attendance at internal meetings
  • Facilitation of, and attendance at customer meetings
  • Reporting to customers, and also internal reporting (ie quarterly reports)

Why do you like working at Injury Treatment?

That I continue to experience/learn about Worker’s Compensation from a different angle, expand skillset by taking on a relationship manager type role.

What would you say to someone thinking of working at Injury Treatment?

What are your interests outside of work? How do you achieve your work/life balance?

Sports, socializing with friends and family, cooking, travel, beach.

What don’t we know about you?

Am addicted to the Bold and the Beautiful, Am a bit of a selective vegetarian…only eat chicken!
