Describe your career at Injury Treatment
I started as a Snr RC (in my spare room!) working from home. I then progressed to our now third office, growing into roles along the way of account manager, tec specialist and now team manager.
Describe the type of work you do and what your average day entails
Manage a team of RC’s. I have physios and OT’s in my team. My day varies greatly between file reviews, audits, induction of staff, admin duties and meetings
