Ms. Brooke Taylor
General Manager

Ms. Taylor is one of the Creators and Directors of Injury Treatment and has a vested interested in the company’s success, reputation and products. She has developed a fresh and innovative organisation which is superior to competitors, providing a service offering which encompasses a full medical and health clinical consulting model as opposed to the traditional “rehab provider” regimented approach.
Brooke’s high levels of energy and ability to motivate those around her have enabled her to attract and retain the industry’s top performers in her teams at Injury Treatment.
Her passion is success and getting results legitimately, promptly and cost effectively. This philosophy is embedded in all Injury Treatment Staff and evident in the success of the company and its people.
Her primary reason for the creation of Injury Treatment was to promote her underlying passion for quality, something she was unable to achieve in her previous organisation.
Brooke has a strong understanding of her competitors, having worked in a range of roles from the Consultant level to senior management for Australia’s largest provider and intimately understands all states, legislation and jurisdictions in Australia.
Mr. Jeremy Keane
Managing Director
(Physiotherapist)
Mr. Keane’s clinical background boasts extensive sports and musculo-skeletal clinical physiotherapy. Prior to entering the occupational management industry he worked in a range of private practice firms, managing musculo-skeletal injuries and supporting a number of elite sporting teams.
Jeremy commenced his injury management career as a Consultant for the Work Solutions Group Victoria before moving into a customer management role with leading occupational rehabilitation company in NSW / ACT. As such, Jeremy possesses a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of workplace rehabilitation providers and the challenges they face in today’s industry.
After completing his MBA at Melbourne Business School Jeremy has strong expertise in product development, clinical research and the successful delivery of innovative injury management services to the competitive NSW market. This expertise has earned Injury Treatment its reputation as being a quality supplier of innovative rehabilitation products with proven success in the NSW market.
As a managing director of Injury Treatment, he is responsible for overseeing the financial, IT, marketing and administrative functions at Injury Treatment as well as ensuring the Injury Treatment mission statement is achieved and the organisational values are upheld.
To achieve an effective work/life balance, especially as he is married to another staff member at Injury Treatment, Jeremy ensures a strong division between his work and home life, enjoying exercise, yoga, cinema, theatre, eating out, winter sports and quality time with friends.
Chief Operations Manager
Ms Byron is a registered psychologist, who graduated from the University of Wollongong. Noni is the Chief Operations Manager for Injury Treatment workplace rehabilitation, treatment and training and consulting services.
Noni has extensive experience in management and human resources combined with over 8 years experience in the development of and provision of new employer services (both private and government based rehabilitation) in NSW. This has included roles such as Senior Consultant and State Manager at some national rehabilitation provider companies.
Since joining the management team, Noni has quickly understood the niche position Injury Treatment holds when compared to its competitors in NSW and as such has been able to successfully recruit and retain a strong team of senior psychologists and EPC’s.
In conjunction with the Director’s, Noni has been the key driver in the development of Injury Treatment’s DE Model, Integrait. Noni’s dedication, creativity, eye for quality detail and project management has enabled Integrait to promptly become one of the only successful outcome based new employer models in NSW.
Mr. Rob Daking
Operations Manager
Same Employer and Physiotherapy Services Team
Mr. Daking is the Operations Manager for Injury Treatment’s SE Team and Optimise Physiotherapy team.
Rob is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience in both the public and private sector. After graduating in the UK, Rob has worked in a number of large teaching hospitals in the UK and New Zealand leading a number of musculoskeletal out-patient departments.
Further education in manipulative / sports physiotherapy enabled Mr Daking to become a clinical expert and lecturer in the Sydney Physiotherapy School.
Since completing his masters in physiotherapy, Mr. Daking has managed a work conditioning company, delivered all occupational rehabilitation SE services and is proficient in the development and provision of manual handling and injury prevention services.
Most recently, Mr. Daking commenced his MBA and this, combined with his underlying clinical capability, places him in a strong position to lead the Injury Treatment SE and Optimise Physiotherapy teams to promptly deliver sustainable RTW outcomes. Prior to being promoted into the role of Operations Manager, Mr. Daking worked as a Senior Physiotherapist with Injury Treatment and has been closely involved in the development and refinement of Injury Treatment’s people and products.
In his spare time, Rob loves to cycle, playing soccer and dancing every now and again (Ceroc, a blend of jive, dirty dancing and latin American) although Rob claims he is not that good). Being away from the UK and family, it’s great to catch up with family on Skype at the weekend, which are usually spent having brunch, going for a run, reading the weekend paper and going out for something to eat / meeting up with friends. A beer or two on Fri / Sat night is usually in there somewhere too! Rob had aspirations of becoming an astronaut and a rockstar but settles for travelling the world, going to Asia, Japan, skiing in Canada or America, and going shopping in New York.
Ms. Erin Rowlatt
Operations Manager
New Employer and Psychological Servcies Team
Ms Rowlatt is a Rehabilitation Counsellor by background, with 17 years experience at Consultant and Managerial levels in workers compensation. She has worked in a variety of settings including with a licensed WorkCover agent, with a major Comcare agency and with a national workplace provider.
Erin is highly experienced in the provision of new employer service and in the development of innovative strategies to manage tail claims.
Erin joined Injury Treatment in March 2010 and is excited to be contributing to the further development of Integrait, and to be partnering with Injury treatment’s customers to achieve great RTW outcomes.
To achieve a work life balance, Erin spends a lot of her time at home with her family of three children, four dogs and two rabbits. She also enjoys bushwalking and this year will be taking part in the 100km Oxfam trail-walk.
NSW Regional Manager
Penny graduated as a Registered Nurse and has subsequently gained extensive experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry in a variety of clinical settings including trauma, orthopaedics and emergency.
Penny subsequently worked for a large national insurance agency in the NSW WC scheme. Penny’s role developed from Complex Case Officer to Team Leader during a 3 year period with exposure to a variety of sectors including Health, Education, and from large corporates to SME.
Penny’s move to lead Injury Treatment in the ACT / Southern NSW regions, stems from a desire to utilise her knowledge of the industry, legislation and injury management whilst broadening her skill set and varying her day to day tasks. Penny’s extensive knowledge of the legislation and Workers Compensation process enables her to assist her clients in moving through the RTW process smoothly. Her negotiation skills and effective communication techniques enable her to ensure positive RTW outcomes for her clients. Penny works with the Same Employer team providing initial assessments, medical case conferencing and ongoing case management throughout the ACT and Southern NSW.
To maintain her work life balance, Penny can often be seen out sailing on the weekends or enjoying a glass of wine with friends and family. Running around after her (rather large) dog, Harry, keeps her on her toes!
Manager, Training and Consulting Services
Seema graduated from Sydney University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, from which she went on to complete her Masters in Occupational Health & Safety Management from the University of Technology Sydney in 2001. Seema also possess qualifications in Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training and comes to us with extensive experience in the training arena.
Seema began her working career in psychiatry, which was followed by her role as a Consultant with a national Rehabilitation Provider for over 2 years.
Prior to joining Injury Treatment Seema spent the last 10 years gaining experience as an Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Advisor with Australia Post, with many of those years spent tailoring and conducting OHS training for the company. This was instrumental in developing her passion for training and she was known within the company for her training expertise.
Seema has also developed sound skills in OHS system development and management through her extensive work history. Seema has the skills to provide a vast array of training courses – ergonomic, back care, injury management, safety behavioural training, safety culture, incident investigation, leadership in OHS training to list a few.
Seema joined Injury Treatment early in 2011 in a newly created role as Training and Consulting Manager. Using her expertise we will be providing our clients with a customised training service to meet their specific needs, aimed to see a reduction in incidence, absenteeism and increased staff morale.
Beyond her professional life Seema spends a lot of time with her young family. In her spare time she likes to travel overseas especially to Europe, spend time with friends over some good wine, baking and eating cakes, getting to the gym and photography.
