Injury Treatment has been involved in mediation services for both large and small employers working with individual employees, union and management bodies to address areas of conflict with the aim of ensuring a successful agreement to solutions.
Injury Treatment’s mediators will speak with you to understand the nature of the problem and discuss the process and desired outcomes from our intervention. We can meet with individual parties separately or in joint sessions where mediation is required to discuss the issues at hand.Through mediation an agreement occurs between key parties with a report produced to provide clear, structured guidance to all parties and recommendations on future actions to assist management.
