Injury Treatment New Employer and Psychological Team 

Ms. Erin Rowlatt
Operations Manager
New Employer and Psychological Servcies Team 

Ms Rowlatt is a Rehabilitation Counsellor by background, with 17 years experience at Consultant and Managerial levels in workers compensation. She has worked in a variety of settings including with a licensed WorkCover agent, with a major Comcare agency and with a national workplace provider.
Erin is highly experienced in the provision of new employer service and in the development of innovative strategies to manage tail claims.
Erin joined Injury Treatment in March 2010 and is excited to be contributing to the further development of Integrait, and to be partnering with Injury treatment’s customers to achieve great RTW outcomes.
To achieve a work life balance, Erin spends a lot of her time at home with her family of three children, four dogs and two rabbits. She also enjoys bushwalking and this year will be taking part in the 100km Oxfam trail-walk. 
 

Ms Derya Guzel
Registered Psychologist 

Derya Guzel is a registered psychologist with extensive experience (over 10 years) working in various professional settings, including, Recruitment, Occupational Rehabilitation, Trauma, EAP and other Psychological Services. Additionally, she has experience working in Private Practice providing treatment across a wide range of psychological conditions, including Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Trauma and Workplace Stress.
Derya also holds extensive experience in pre-liability psychological assessments and reports as well as in the delivery of group based training for both injured workers and corporate clients in a variety of topics such as ‘stress management’, ‘pain management’, ‘preventing workplace bullying and harassment within the workplace’ and ‘health and well being’ training.
Derya has also been involved in the provision of corporate cultural evaluations, working with organisations to identify and prevent the risk of psychological injury and enhance work-place well-being.
Currently working toward her Doctorate, Derya recently joined Injury Treatment on a part-time basis whilst developing her own private practice, as she was attracted to Injury Treatment’s goal of achieving quality outcomes with a diverse group of clients using a holistic approach whist working with a young dynamic team.
Derya tries to achieve a work life balance by socializing with family and friends, spending quality time with her nieces, reading, travelling, watching movies whilst completing renovation projects on her new home.
Derya enjoys a fast paced work environment with a lot of variety, established policies and procedures with an experienced friendly team and she specializes in Injury Treatment’s provision of pre-liability assessments and corporate training.

Mrs. Michelle Irwin
Consultant Psychologist

Ms Irwin has over 4 years experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry entering the field as an Employment Placement Consultant. Ms Irwin graduated into a Rehabilitation Consultant and Psychologist role whilst working for a National Rehabilitation Provider in Sydney.
Ms Irwin provides both psychological same employer services and psychological treatment services combined with different employer placement services,
Ms Irwin has an exceptional passion for psychological rehabilitation services aiming to assist both injured workers and employers to achieve a return to work outcome wherever possible.
Ms Irwin also undertakes psychological assessment and treatment services specifically for workers with poor motivation; depression; anxiety and stress
Ms Irwin provides exceptional quality and professionalism in the delivery of her reports to workers compensation agents of which regular positive feedback is provided to Injury Treatment. 

Ms. Lisa Lathorous
Employment Placement Consultant 

Lisa has over 14 years experience in the provision of job placement and recruitment services.
Prior to working with Injury Treatment, Lisa worked for a national rehabilitation provider as an Employment Placement Consultant & Trainer.
Lisa also has extensive experience in the Recruitment Industry in the areas of finance and IT recruitment.
Lisa’s speciality is reverse marketing clients into suitable job placement and has successfully achieved this with 90% of her clients since inception with Injury Treatment.
To achieve a work/life balance Lisa loves to entertain and socialise with her family and friends, meditate, eat out at least once a week and take long drives on the weekend. Lisa also volunteers at a local nursing home and is a member of ASIAC – the Australian Society of Inter-country Aid for Children.



Ms. Annele Schoeffel
Consultant Life Coach 

With over 30 years industry experience, Ms. Schoeffel is an extremely motivated, resourceful, reputable and experienced Industry Consultant. She has exceptional expertise in professional coaching, consultancy and training which she has acquired throughout her career in the human resources, injury management and rehabilitation industries.
Ms. Schoeffel is experienced and knowledgeable with all aspects of the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, Claimant Entitlements; Premium Calculations and Stakeholder Responsibilities.
Ms. Schoeffel’s underlying capabilities include: Executive coaching and mentoring; Workplace mediation and dispute resolution; Leadership and management development; individual and group learning programs; Workshop design and delivery / Skills assessment, career transition and outplacement.



Mr. Justin Court
Post Graduate Diploma of Social Science (Psychology) 

Justin has over 8 years experience in the provision of vocational different employer, job placement and recruitment services.
Prior to working with Injury Treatment, Justin worked within a HR Recruitment Role where he specialised in motivational interviewing and coaching.
Justin has a passion for life coaching and career counselling of clients who are unable to return to their previous occupation and has had great success transitioning clients into new roles through intensive vocational support.
Justin’s passion in the delivery of different employer services ensuring the correct identification of Vocational Options at the onset of referral to ensure an effective different employer return to work outcome is achieved.

 


Ms. Rajna Motika
Psychologist 

Ms Motika has over 4 years working in a rehabilitation environment both in the workers compensation and employment services (DEEWR funded) government scheme.
Ms Motika has exceptional experience and skill in the provision of psychological same employer and different employer (both physical and psychological) rehabilitation services with exceptional return to work outcomes across all schemes
Rajna also holds extensive experience in psychological assessment and treatment within the workers compensation scheme particularly in the areas of pain management, anxiety, stress, depression and Post Traumatic Stress.
When relaxing, Rajna enjoys the simple pleasures, spending time with family and friends, going to the beach and doing just a little shopping

 



Mr. Matthew Buxton
Rehabilitation Consultant 

Mr. Buxton has over 11 years working in a rehabilitation environment both in the workers compensation, income protection and compulsory third party industries,
Mr. Buxton’s Worker’s Compensation experience extends across both public and private organizations including rehabilitation positions and employer roles as well as claims experience both in the self insurance and within the insurance industry. Originally, qualified as a nurse and more recently completing qualifications in rehabilitation counseling, Matthew is well placed to provide expertise in a diverse range of complex cases where relationships are compromised.
Matthew is highly experienced in the delivery of occupational services in our psychological same employer and new employer team.
In his spare time, Matthew loves to run, play his guitar, listen to music, brew beer, drink wine and spend time with his family. His favourite pastime is to spend time with his family in Mudgee, NSW.



Mr. Bill Ada
Consultant Psychologist 

Mr. Ada has over 7 years working in a rehabilitation environment both in the workers compensation and employment services (DEEWR funded) government scheme.
Mr. Ada specializes in the provision of psychological same employer services to both government and private organizations within Injury Treatment with 100% RTW outcomes for all psychological injury rehabilitation referrals.
Mr. Ada also undertakes psychological assessment and treatment services specifically for workers with chronic pain, poor motivation, adjustment disorder, post traumatic stress, depression, anxiety and/or stress. Additionally, Mr. Ada works in private practice treating individuals with severe mental conditions and personality disorders, as well as providing couples therapy.
Mr. Ada holds extensive experience in the delivery of Vocational and Section 40 Assessments as is displayed in the quality and content of his reports as indicated by key referrers.
Bill is married, has a 3 year-old daughter and spends most of his spare time with the family. He likes all sports and recently started playing indoor soccer. Bill claims to always being a bit of ‘nerd’ for anything high-tech and computers, dabbling with web development and graphic design when he finds the time.

Ms. Harbans Kaur
Social Worker 

Ms Kaur brings a wealth of experience to Injury Treatment with over 12 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Industry, three years of experience as an Injury Management Advisor with an Insurer and over 30 years of experience in the disability field involving primary, secondary and tertiary rehabilitation.
Harbans has presented lectures to Industrial Relations students on occupational health and safety issues relating to workers from non-English background and presented a Policy Paper on Information and Communication Strategies relating to Occupational Health and Safety for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) Workers. The Australian Council of Trade Unions implemented some of these policy recommendations and followed up on the research implications.
Harbans commenced her employment with Injury Treatment as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant providing Occupational Rehabilitation Services for our Different Employer Team.
How does Harbans achieve a work / Life balance? Through her passion of cookery which she finds extremely therapeutic. She loves watching old classic movie and spending time with her twin granddaughters. She is very committed to social and justice issues and is committed to conscious living.

Ms. Xanthe Armitage 
Psychologist

Xanthe Armitage is a registered psychologist with extensive experience (over 5 years) working in various professional settings, including Occupational Rehabilitation, EAP, outplacement counselling, job networks and other Psychological Services. Additionally, she has experience working in Private Practice providing treatment across a wide range of psychological conditions, Depression and Depressive Illnesses, Anxiety Disorders, Addiction, Pain Management, Grief and loss, and Adjustment Disorders.
Xanthe also brings experience in Anger Management, developing self-esteem and assertiveness, Stress and Behaviour Management, Workplace issues (bullying and harassment), Career Counselling and Coaching
Xanthe has worked for two national Rehabilitation Providers and three job network organisations, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Injury Treatment Different Employer team
Xanthe joined Injury Treatment in 2010 as she was looking to perform a variety of work allowing for her clinical skills to be utilised as well as her extensive case management experience.
To relax after a hard day at work, Xanthe enjoys travelling, working out at the gym, socialising with her friends and family and chocolate!
