Injury Treatment Same Employer & Physical Team

Mr. Rob Daking
Operations Manager
Same Employer and Physical Team

Mr. Daking is the Operations Manager for Injury Treatment’s SE Team and Optimise Physiotherapy team.
Rob is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience in both the public and private sector. After graduating in the UK, Rob has worked in a number of large teaching hospitals in the UK and New Zealand leading a number of musculoskeletal out-patient departments.
Further education in manipulative / sports physiotherapy enabled Mr Daking to become a clinical expert and lecturer in the Sydney Physiotherapy School.
Since completing his masters in physiotherapy, Mr. Daking has managed a work conditioning company, delivered all occupational rehabilitation SE services and is proficient in the development and provision of manual handling and injury prevention services.
Most recently, Mr. Daking commenced his MBA and this, combined with his underlying clinical capability, places him in a strong position to lead the Injury Treatment SE and Optimise Physiotherapy teams to promptly deliver sustainable RTW outcomes. Prior to being promoted into the role of Operations Manager, Mr. Daking worked as a Senior Physiotherapist with Injury Treatment and has been closely involved in the development and refinement of Injury Treatment’s people and products.
In his spare time, Rob loves to cycle, playing soccer and dancing every now and again (Ceroc, a blend of jive, dirty dancing and latin American) although Rob claims he is not that good). Being away from the UK and family, it’s great to catch up with family on Skype at the weekend, which are usually spent having brunch, going for a run, reading the weekend paper and going out for something to eat / meeting up with friends. A beer or two on Fri / Sat night is usually in there somewhere too! Rob had aspirations of becoming an astronaut and a rockstar but settles for travelling the world, going to Asia, Japan, skiing in Canada or America, and going shopping in New York.

This experience includes time spent working within both public and private institutes and involves Orthopaedics, Neurology, Paediatrics and her main area of interest has been the Musculoskeletal arena and its link to occupational rehabilitation.
Fiona has a particular interest in human movement, and has been involved in the development and instruction of movement and therapeutic exercise classes during the last 5 years.
Fiona provides exceptional Optimise treatment programs for the long-term injured and unemployed with an underlying focus on restoring normal patterns of movement, improving posture and strength, improving ADL’s and most importantly returning clients to the pre-injury positions of employment.
Fiona is regularly requested by her customers to perform combined workplace / functional assessments and then take the results to their GP to obtain the necessary upgrade (E.g.: RPA Hospital).

Ms. Robinson graduated from her physiotherapy degree in 1997 and commenced private practice injury management before entering the NSW workers compensation industry one year later.

Some of these roles have included Rehabilitation Consultant at a National Occupational Rehabilitation Provider, IMA for one of Australia’s big four banks and IMA at a major W/Comp insurer.
Jenny joined Injury Treatment shortly after its inception as she was searching for an organisation which promoted quality and customer service whilst enabling staff to be treated like adults and with flexibility.
Ms. Robinson is popular with her customers, who truly value her expertise and levels of motivation when getting the long term injured and un-employed back to work. As such, she is regularly in demand which encourages her to continue to deliver well above the WorkCover benchmarks. For the past 4 years, Jenny has retained some of Injury Treatment’s key customers (e.g. Sydney Uni, St Vincent’s Hospital) as a result of her strong communication, ability to communicate, clinical capability and keenness to achieve outcomes.
Jenny loves to spend time with her family and friends. She tells us that her claim to fame is that she was Heath Ledger’s neighbour in 2004, but even more surprising is she is possibly the only member of Injury Treatment that has never seen ‘The Sound Of Music’
