Optimise Employment Treatment Programs have been designed to meet the individual needs of job seekers who require clinical assistance to overcome, manage or resolve their pre-vocational barriers to employment. Optimise services guarantee an accessible, professional, cost-effective, and return to work focus is delivered to all referred job seekers. Referrers can also expect regular communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure best outcomes are achieved for their clients.Job seekers are allocated with a registered allied health professional (e.g. Registered Psychologist, Social Worker, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist) with a minimum of 5 or more years experience in their associated discipline to ensure the highest-standard of professionalism and know-how is delivered on every case.
