Activait is a specialist Program offered by Injury Treatment that affords participants an opportunity to make life changes. Initially the Program focuses on gaining an understanding of each participant’s situation, the relevant barriers, both on paper and in person, building rapport and confidence, and setting a supportive environment that will allow change to happen.

Activait Assessors and Strategists are highly skilled Health Professionals and Life Coaches who can confidently facilitate Program Participants.
