Through our Integrait Vocational Rehabilitation Program, Injury Treatment combines a clinical and vocational approach to all cases referred. The main goal here being to break down not only the compensable medical barriers to return to work, but also any vocational barriers impacting on the claimant’s ability to seek and sustain suitable employment.
The key phases of the Integrait New Employer Program include the following:
- Combined Initial / Vocational Assessment – including comprehensive transferable skills summary, local labour market information and realistic vocational goals
- Clinical Upgrade Phase – strong focus on maximising the jobseeker’s medical certificate capacity in order to maximise earning potential
- Short term Vocational Retraining Phase – as required
- Use of the WorkCover Work Trial Scheme to enhance employability
- Tailored, competency based Job Seeking Education Phase
- Dynamic Job Search Assistance Phase
