This fixed fee, fast track rehabilitation service is designed to circumvent many of the additional biopsychosocial barriers to return to work associated with delayed response to occupational injury. We incorporate early and frequent contact with the worker, their supervisor and GP in order to provide a quick, safe, sustainable return to work through rapid barrier identification and mitigation. The key to Accelerait’s successful implementation is the combination of:
- A thorough screening process to identify significant barriers to a fast return to work
- Experienced senior Rehabilitation Consultants who have the ability to provide quick, cost effective opinion, intervention and outcomes.
Referrals to Accelerait occur following a screening process by the referring Agent to identify those claims appropriate for a streamlined, fast track case management intervention. The claimants appropriate for such an intervention are screened according to the referral / exclusion criteria listed below with a referral being made within 3-5 weeks of the date of injury.

Accelerait’s fees are fixed and no additional charges are made for any of the services listed during the 13 weeks period of intervention. Outcome fees are charged, on a sliding scale, according to our success in returning an Injured Client to the percentage of their pre injury hours at 13 weeks post referral as follows:
- For returning Injured Worker to <50% PIH
- For returning Injured Worker >50% and <75% PIH
- For returning injured worker >75% and <100% PIH
- For returning injured work to 100% PIH
- For returning injured work to 100% PIH before week 10
